ABOUT

Where mental health meets creativity and human potential.

Portrait of Emma Leppo

EMMA LEPPO, LMHC

New York, NY

Emma's work grew from a lifelong fascination with what allows people to feel most alive, connected, creative, and fully themselves. Before becoming a coach and psychotherapist, she worked in fashion design and fine art — experiences that exposed her to both the beauty and intensity of high-performance creative environments, and ultimately inspired her to search for more meaningful, sustainable ways of living, creating, and relating to oneself.

Driven by an insatiable curiosity about human potential, healing, and transformation, Emma has spent years exploring and integrating multidisciplinary modalities and philosophies in search of a more honest and effective path toward growth. Her work integrates psychology, mindfulness, contemplative practice, nervous system regulation, and transformational coaching into a process that is both grounded and expansive.

Emma is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York and holds a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Columbia University, alongside a BFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago (SAIC), and a BA in psychology from the University of Washington. Her background spans clinical mental health, creativity, meditation facilitation, yoga, embodiment practices, and experiential approaches to transformation — all of which continue to inform the depth and breadth of her work with clients.

Outside of her practice, Emma remains deeply inspired by art, philosophy, spirituality, and nature. Beyond therapy, she is a certified yoga instructor, meditation facilitator, and creative consultant. She collaborates with companies and organizations to create work cultures that nurture creativity and innovation.
